As a Southern California native Hanh Swantek has resided in Orange County most of her life and brings her beach cities expertise into her real estate career. Prior to real estate, Hanh co-owned and operated a family business in Costa Mesa, CA. Through this venture, Hanh gained essential expertise in operations management, client relations, negotiations, and marketing.
